Nicole’s professional career started as a High School Math teacher, evolved to becoming an experienced sales professional and now combines her desire to educate with her ability to achieve peak performance as a sales coach and trainer. Nicole has a focus on health and wellness brands in the corporate sector as well as the entrepreneurial space. Being a certified health coach herself she has long been aware of the challenge that this industry has to be properly compensated for their efforts and is passionate about helping to equip these people with the skills they really need to make this world a healthier place.
So many professionals and companies in the health and wellness space have amazing talents, services, and products to offer; and yet they’re lacking the sales skills to create the impact they desire in their most critical conversations. Having experienced the same obstacles in her own corporate career, Nicole found ways to overcome them and she has now dedicated her career to supporting others to do the same.
Back in 2016 and 2017 Nicole was the number one account exec and top revenue earner in her company. She was many people’s poster child for success and yet deep inside she was not feeling the personal satisfaction she desired from the work. In a hunt for new inspiration she reached for her Audible account and stumbled over a short little book called Exactly What to Say.
It has been listened to well over 100 times now and completely changed her feelings about and approach to selling. She was using it herself, teaching it to her coworkers, and soon everything added up. Nicole had found her calling and went all in on coaching and teaching others to master their critical conversations and achieve better sales results.
"Helping people arrive at the answers that empower them to create the success they're looking for is one of the most fulfilling parts of the work I do. I'm a sales performance coach with a big heart for teaching, training, motivating and challenging my clients to reach their best and fullest potential."
