This training will provide you with some tactics and strategies to help you navigate negotiating with other agents during real estate transactions at a higher level.
We will focus on the following:
– Building a body of evidence to support your client’s offer (or listing price)
– Defining levels of success with your client before you submit an offer
– How to position yourself as an ally to the other agent
– What to close for during these conversations to move the negotiation forward.
