This is a 12 week virtual class series designed to help you enter into more conversations confidently, increase your conversion and set yourself up to win more business.

  • Description:

    • Class is a combination of lecture and role play sessions focused on learning the Rookie to Rainmaker approach of having a successful sales conversation from the the first conversation to the nailing the appointment.
    • Our process is script-free and focuses on the lead, as well as prioritizing genuine conversations that build personal rapport.
    • We teach our students how to deliver tailored recommendations and establish actionable next steps for their clients that are practical.
    • This class is about creating a solid foundation for conversations, and is the stepping stone for any of our other courses. 
    • We will reference the magic phrases from the book “Exactly What to Say for Realtors®” and we are licensed to use it within our material.
