Tara Bienvenu leads TBE Leadership, supporting individuals and organizations in achieving their highest potential through personalized coaching and facilitation.

She was already integrating EWTS into her work before becoming a Certified Guide, so formalizing her training was a natural next step. The community of diverse professionals in the EWTS network also drew her in, each person learning from and lifting each other up.

The tools and language of EWTS have helped Tara bridge personal and professional conversations, including the shift from giving direction as a parent to offering guidance. Now she helps others apply the same thinking to their own Critical Conversations whether in leadership, life, or business.
