There are times when it’s good to talk.
And there are times when it isn’t.
Sometimes we have the best of intentions to keep family life and work life separate, but we can’t switch off.
Other times a conversation – whatever type of conversation – just has a time and place that is better. Choosing that time and place well is a key to great communication and keeping that fine balance between home and work and giving our attention to the right people at the right time.
