Frequently Asked Questions
We will have a photographer and camera crew over the 3 days so we suggest comfortable business dress that you would be happy to be photographed in.
Your certification can be used to practice the content of EWTS in your work, share with your team and even your friends and family. You will receive a logo to show your competence and certification and this can be shared on any promotional material such as your email footer or LinkedIn profile. We will provide guidance on this.
We don’t share the delegate list ahead of time, but you will be included in a group email when we share final details and may want to connect with others then.
It’s not necessary to bring a laptop, as workbooks are provided and everything you’ll need is included. In fact, we encourage you to be fully present and engaged, so leaving your laptop at home might enhance your experience. But if you do prefer to bring one, there are charging points available and wifi access throughout.
Yes, we will take short break in the morning and afternoon and a longer break for lunch.
Whilst we hope that you are able to fully engage over the 3 days, we also understand that work happens! If you need to take a call, there are public areas in the building where you can do so if needed. If you need a private area, we will see what we can do.
Yes, we can accommodate dietary requirements.
Whatever makes you feel comfortable is great. Coffee/tea/water and snacks will be provided throughout the day and if there is anything else you need that we can help with, we will do our best!
Whilst no preparation is needed, we do suggest that you do “the work before the work” and perhaps refresh on the book (the Audible version is highly recommended for speed!) and make some notes about what you would like to get out of the 3 days.
We like to keep an exclusive feel to the event and ensure that everyone is comfortable to share experiences with the room. So we ask that the dinner we host is for delegates only.
