Foundations for Role Play and Lead Conversion for Real Estate Professionals

Class Details:

This is a 12 week virtual class series (for Real Estate Professionals only) designed to help you enter into more conversations confidently, increase your conversion and set yourself up to win more business.

  • 30 minute group class twice per week (24 classes total)
  • Classes are Tuesday/Thursday at 9:45 EST/8:45 CST.
  • We will reference the magic phrases from the book “Exactly What to Say for Realors®”
  • The class will be a combination of role play and facilitated training for lead generation/conversion.
  • Gain the confidence and skills to handle any objection, secure more prospects and create positive consumer experiences.
  • Learn to start any conversations with a simple formula.
  • Make your conversation about the consumer, not the sale.
  • Understand how to ask better questions to uncover the true motivation of the consumer.
  • Always set yourself up a next step when ending every conversation.
