Caul Group Certification
The Caul Group is a prospecting-based, marketing-enhanced mega team based in Raleigh, NC. Founded by Tina Caul, they specialize in luxury when it comes to real estate.
Tina first came across Exactly What to Say from listening to a podcast interview with Phil. With her interest successfully piqued, she went on to purchase his book and began implementing his advice for her growing business.
In the real estate world, communication is king, and how you communicate with clients is often the key to success.
Tina believes that there is always something new to learn regarding communication. Just as the market evolves, so too does your approach to those critical conversations. She wanted to extend this ethos out to other realtors so that they could get the best out of every single conversation.
The Event
Tina strongly believes that education is the secret to becoming a masterful communicator, and after discovering Exactly What to Say, she knew that a group certification was precisely what her organization needed. With this in mind, she invited Phil to host a certification event from her office in Raleigh for over 100 people.
For two days, they had Phil in person teaching and interacting with them. He discussed all of the ways that they could improve their conversation techniques, plan for the future, and make every single conversation count.
