We took the opportunity to catch up with some of the attendees, Chelsea Gelinas, Christie Fusco, and Director of Operations, Prescott Busk.

What Are The Big Takeaways From The Masterclass?
Chelsea will make sure she uses email to target the right people who need her services. She wants to focus more intently on how they can help clients as a whole team.
Being more intentional with her questioning will allow her to become more specific with her clients’ needs.
Christie is going to be more mindful of the fact that people won’t do things for your reasons, they do it for their reasons. She wants to use the techniques to go deeper and find out what a client’s motivation is and, crucially, their reasons for talking to her.
Prescott will make sure he’s more present and in the moment. To achieve this, he knows he has to nail the prep in advance, or as Phil calls it, doing the work before the work.
Doing this work prevents distractions – distractions like thinking about the thing that you’re going to say, right before you say it.
