What is your role in EWTS?
I manage content organization and distribution for internal use and social media platforms, produce The Exactly Show, designing and maintaining the studio. Additionally, I oversee operations at the Hudson offices, organize local events, and ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience for visiting guests.
What do you like most about your role?
What I enjoy most about my role is meeting high-achieving people and learning from their experiences. Every conversation offers new insights and perspectives that help me grow both personally and professionally. I love being part of meaningful projects and continuously expanding my skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What are your favorite magic words and why?
“I’m not sure if it’s for you, but…” because it lowers defenses and invites curiosity without pressure. It feels natural and opens the door for conversation, making people more receptive to new ideas or opportunities without feeling cornered or obligated to respond positively.
What is an interesting fact about you that people may not know?
I got my BFA from NYU in theatre specializing in the avant-garde and commedia d’ell.
