What is your role in EWTS?
I make sure everything technical runs smoothly for the EWTS team and Certified Guides, including our websites, email communications and learning platforms.
What do you like most about your role?
I get so much joy from how the movement spreads across every corner of the globe and seeing how people are applying it not just to the conversations you’d expect – in work and in business – but in everyday conversations with friends and loved ones.
What are your favorite magic words and why?
“What makes you say that?” is definitely the set of words I use most often. I love how it helps me to understand where the other person is coming from, but also encourages them to take a step out of the rhythm of the conversation and consider what they really want to say.
What is an interesting fact about you that people may not know?
My eyes changed color from brown to green during my teens. I don’t know why, but I like to think this was the first stage in me developing some kind of superpowers. I’m still waiting.
