What is your role in EWTS?
Working closely with Phil, I oversee the operation of a broad range of business functions including finance, human resources, event logistics, certifications, product sales and customer relationship management.
Additionally, I manage the contracting, logistics, finance, and client relationships for consulting projects, certification events, speaking engagements not handled by cmi, and events in New York City, traveling to New York regularly to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional customer experience.
I support Phil’s world behind the scenes, allowing him to be present when he needs to be.
What do you like most about your role?
My role allows for Phil to be present and in the room while at Speaking and other events, knowing that I am managing all things behind the scenes for him.
What are your favorite magic words and why?
Would it help if…. I am always looking to see how I can make life easier in all of my client, Phil and personal interactions.
What is an interesting fact about you that people may not know?
I have been a competitive level soccer player for 20+ years.
