Our 7 step process is script-free and focuses on prioritizing genuine conversations that build personal rapport and allow you to book more appointments.
You will learn how to ask intentional questions that build rapport with your prospect sand allow you to deepen your relationships.
We teach our students how to deliver tailored recommendations and establish actionable next steps for their clients that are practical.
This class is about creating a solid foundation for conversations, and is the stepping stone for any of our other courses.
We will reference the magic phrases from the book “Exactly What to Say for Realtors®” and we are licensed to use it within our material.
