Class is a combination of lecture and role play sessions.
Our process is script-free and focuses on the lead, as well as prioritizing genuine conversations that build personal rapport.
We teach our students how to deliver tailored recommendations and establish actionable next steps for their clients that are practical.
This class is about creating a solid foundation for conversations, and is the stepping stone for any of our other courses.
We will reference the magic phrases from the book “Exactly What to Say for Realtors®”
